In working directly with the Account Managers, the AdOps Account Coordinator is one of the key members of Outside’s Digital Ad Operations team. They correspond with internal teams and clients to execute digital media campaigns from start to finish. The campaign management process includes the following responsibilities, insertion order review and approval, asset collection, custom collaboration, campaign launches, billing, reporting and overall campaign logistics.

Within 1 month, you will:

  • Be responsible for post-sale campaign launch and management, including but not limited to: Review signed contract, client outreach, aggregating assets, securing site inventory across Outside’s brand websites communicating campaign elements to all respective parties, QA trafficking setup, monitor and optimize campaign to meet client expectations
  • Manage receipt, testing, and any required technical adjustment of creative in time for campaign launch.
  • Ensure that the client-contracted items are delivered within the scheduled duration.
  • Connect with clients on an ongoing basis to provide touchpoints
  • Provide reporting for clients and team reporting needs.

Within 6 months, you will:

  • Collaborate with multiple departments including trafficking team, editorial, digital planning, client success, custom content, social and email marketing from campaign launch through the end of campaign reporting cycle.
  • Communicate campaign complications to salesperson and client and offer viable alternatives to achieve full comprehension of the functionality of video, display and email ad servers and the delivery and performance monitoring
  • Practice the ability to problem-solve and strategize, juggle multiple tasks while managing and monitoring a high volume of campaigns
  • Follow up with clients on outstanding campaigns and deliverables on contract
  • Be comfortable with the reconciliation of all contracts. Ensuring client contracts have been delivered in full and reporting has been provided.

Within 12 months, you will:

  • Be able to carry out the troubleshooting processes designed to identify and resolve issues caused by trafficking setup errors, mistakes in content management system or technology malfunctions.
  • Obtain heavy knowledge within systems including AdBook OMS, Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, Google Suite, Double Verify Publisher Suite, Megaphone, Salesforce, Asana, Sprout Social, Power Inbox, Pressboard, Adobe Acrobat Pro and Hubspot.
  • Meet and exceed client expectations by providing the highest level of customer service and developing strategies to resolve issues as they arise.

What YOU bring to Outside: (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience in AdOps, Campaign or Account Management preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required. BA in marketing, statistics, advertising or business preferred
  • Must possess a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and Google Docs
  • Must be able to comprehend and articulate analytical data
  • Must exercise great proactivity with strong communication, customer relations, and analytical skills
  • Ability to stay on task and follow outlined processes.
  • Should enjoy working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Ability to thrive in a nimble, detail and deadline-driven environment
  • A strong level of comfort and confidence in answering and/or resolving client inquiries is necessary

Remote jobs and those jobs that can be located in Boulder, Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $45,000 to $55,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission. Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and many more. The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of Colorado if selected for this role, and may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
