This is a temporary contract position located in our Tahoe Location.

Within 1 month, you will:

The Sales Administrator will work with the Station Manager to update sales collateral, prospect and identify advertising partners, create media campaigns and help with new and existing client follow up and touch plans. As a Sales Administrator, this position will assist with the network sales efforts, help provide a trusted insiders perspective on how to enjoy everything in the region and benefits from exposure on the network.

Essential Functions:

1. Produce (Edit, Produce) Updated sales collateral including media kits and sales product offerings

2. Assist in reporting weekly sales revenue contracts and CRM touch plans (ACT / Salesforce).

3. Help ensure that all Sales proposals and contracts fit within sales guidelines and budget parameters set by LTTV/OTTV management.

4. Assist in developing and cultivating new clientele through prospecting & networking

5. 1. Provide weekly sales call sheets and weekly updates.

6. As needed, assist the Sales Team to develop and cultivate new clientele through substantive prospecting & networking.

7. Help ensure that all Sales proposals and contracts fit within sales guidelines and budget parameters set by LTTV/OTTV management

Minimum of 2-year related sales / customer service experience.
