This job is 100% remote, and the team has been remote for 7+ years.

In this role you will.........

● Work with engineering teams to understand what to test for new releases
● Provide feedback to the engineering teams during all phases of the development cycle
● Build and execute test plans
● Run through full test plans for iOS and Android app on a monthly basis
● Determine if issues found in beta testing are regressions
● Bisect builds to find the source of bugs Manage the beta tester community to get feedback via direct interactions, surveys, and other tools
Coordinate and manage internal and external testers
● Know what features and bugs are included in each release
● Compile and maintain release notes for the Support Team that includes notable features, PRs that impact support, bug fixes, and help center articles/documentation that will need to be updated
● Provide walkthroughs of new features for the Support Team
● Receive info from Support on the biggest bugs and how they can be avoided in future releases
● Oversee Bug Report Tickets (aka Problem Tickets)
● Deep dive into complicated support tickets that require repro & additional testing
● Identify areas where automated tests may be needed
● Manage and utilize the automated test tools in Google Console + Firebase
● Attend Support / Engineer Meeting to stay informed on current bugs
● Monitor crash reports for beta + recent releases
● Monitor and improve quality benchmarks
● Learn technical skills and help to build and run automated testing infrastructure


Basic Qualifications:

5+ years overall QA Engineering experience

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $70,000 to $85,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission .
