Manage the West Coast territory for our healthy living and fitness category including IDEA, Oxygen, Yoga Journal, Vegetarian Times, and Clean Eating (as well as other brands across the Outside Inc. portfolio). This is an omnichannel role made up of print, digital, TV/CTV, and experiential platforms in both the B2B & B2C space. This includes prospecting for new client opportunities; managing existing client relationships; aligning client’s objectives with creative and strategic marketing solutions, and all sales administrative responsibilities. The West Coast Sales Executive will deliver closed media sales deals with clients in their territory and hit quarterly quotas and annual revenue targets. This role works in partnership with their Regional Sales Director, sales leadership, other sales team members, the marketing team, production, and Ad Ops.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years Media Sales in the Health, Fitness, Wellness, Nutrition client categories
  • Strong Digital media selling
  • Print, Digital, and Event sales experience
  • Account Management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Strong experience with Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Ability to demonstrate past sales achievements
  • Exceptional oral and written communications skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Process-oriented with strong analytic interest
  • Experience with digital marketing and custom content
  • A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Detail oriented, organized, and has an ability to manage multiple sales initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with flawless attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, MediaRadar, Kantar, Photoshop, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Doubleclick, Facebook Ads Manager, Nielsen, and Comscore
