Outside, Inc. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to participate on the Warren Miller Entertainment Film Tour. Warren Miller Entertainment is one of the largest, most established and successful action sports film companies today, with more than 72 years of snow sports filmmaking experience. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour (from mid-October to mid-December) continues the legacy of the brand, reaching more skiers, snowboarders and outdoor enthusiasts than any other snow sports film to date.

As a member of the Warren Miller Film Tour team, welcomes applicants for the Operations Coordinator (OC) position, who will work as a member of the Events and Experiences (E&E) team. They will assist the Director in providing the E&E team and the Outside, Inc. corporate office with financial, logistical and administrative support.

We are looking for someone energetic and motivated with excellent organizational skills who is strong in customer service, decision-making and teamwork. Minimum requirements include professional experience in the areas of administration, operations or production, and experience working in customer service (B2B environment)

Basic Responsibilities

  • Assist in contract and insurance procurement for various venues
  • Create personnel files for 2021 Road Crew and Seasonal Staff
  • Process invoices and maintain balance sheet
  • Assist in the management of corporate credit card expenditures
  • Compile weekly financial statements and attendance reports
  • Build travel schedules
  • Collate training materials
  • Provide advance support for events including contracts, check requests and insurance certificates
  • Prepare tour calendars and slide shows
  • Coordinate with Film Tour team in preparing event information
  • Support the Road Crew in event execution
  • Film Tour duties as assigned across Film Tour businesses.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum skills required include a working knowledge of Google Suite, Excel and Slack
  • Experience in ticketing software or live event ticket sales is desirable.
  • The successful candidate must be highly motivated, resourceful, detail-oriented and display strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to go above-and-beyond without being asked, eliciting critical thinking with recommendations for improvements
  • Passionate, energetic individual who has demonstrated knowledge of keeping up with fast-paced event environment
  • A confident and professional personal, written and phone demeanor is a must

Colorado Jobs: Employees can expect to be paid an hourly rate between $15.00 to $20.00.
