What you will do:
- Plan & develop critical path features for our subscription & identity management platform
- Mentor team members on development best practices and provide guidance on Python, Django, and Django Rest Framework (DRF)
- Review PRs, create & contribute to technical designs, resolve bugs, and collaborate with developers building off our platform
- Work with engineering, product management and product design to improve and support a seamless user management integration across products
This describes you:
- You have 7+ years of software engineering experience
- You have 4+ years of experience with Django, Python, and Django Rest Framework (DRF)
- You build software with security, performance, and monitoring in mind from the beginning, keeping up with recommendations and best practices along the way
- You’re a collaborative team player who celebrates the success of your team
Nice to have:
- You’ve built APIs using payment providers like Stripe, Braintree, and mobile payments (Apple/Google)
- Experience with a relational database like Postgres or MySQL
- Experience building with cloud providers such as AWS & GCP

Entirely remote jobs that could be performed in Colorado: Employees can expect to be paid a salary of between $140,000 - $175,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission . Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, Flexible Time Away, sick leave, and more. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors
