We are looking for an ambitious, organized and energetic individual to join us as the Office Administrator at Outside! As Office Administrator, you will captain the downtown Boulder headquarters--ensuring that our office runs smoothly and supports a thriving and safe work environment at a rapidly growing organization.

This is an in-office, full-time contract to hire position located in our Boulder, Colorado headquarters. The Office Administrator will report to the Director of Facilities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the guest experience and ensure a personal, friendly experience for anyone coming into the office, and maintain complete accessibility in both availability and warmth of character
  • Coordinate office events and festivities, adding a flavor of fun to the day-to-day
  • Oversee mail distribution, stock office supplies and complete supply orders for remote employees
  • Coordinate internal and external resources, and cultivate relationships with vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on COVID-19 mandates and corresponding office policies
  • Maintain magazine storage and distribution within the office
  • Facilitate catering orders for on-site events
  • Support staff in coordinating and running company events, including Zoom meetings and in-person events
  • Ensure peak organizational operations and provide preventative measures by identifying issues
  • Implement established policies and procedures
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Previous success in office management
  • Excellent communications skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
  • Strong time-management, flexibility, and multitasking ability
  • Receptive to feedback and an ambition for continuous development
  • Experience using Google Workspace, Zoom and Adobe Pro
  • Ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift 50lbs
  • A positive can-do attitude and willingness to “do what needs to be done”

This role can expect to be paid a non-exempt hourly rate between $20.00 to $25.00. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
