Outside, Inc. is seeking a Sponsor Liaison to oversee operations of the Warren Miller Entertainment Film Tour. Warren Miller Entertainment (WME) is one of the largest, most established and successful action sports film companies today, with more than 73 years of snow sports filmmaking experience. The annual Warren Miller Film Tour (from late-October to early-December) continues the legacy of the brand, reaching more skiers, snowboarders and outdoor enthusiasts than any other snow sports film to date.
Job Description:
The Sponsor Liaison (SL) role is the on-site brand representative for Warren Miller Entertainment, Outside, and its sponsors throughout the WME Tour. The Sponsor Liaison is an integral part of the Warren Miller Road Crew and will act as the liaison between partners, venues, and all their team members. The ideal applicant must be enthusiastic, energetic, highly organized, with strong communication skills and have a keen interest in the ski and snowboard industry.
Core Responsibilities:
- Brand Representative for partners of Warren Miller Entertainment and Outside.
- Communicate with all necessary sponsor contacts prior to events to confirm all scheduling and activation needs.
- Event Execution, include set-up and placement of promotional materials of both WME, Outside, and partners.
- Deliver a quality, high-energy lobby experience for every patron.
- Ensure WME and Outside sponsor obligations are being met and exceed expectations where you can, creating optimal brand exposure.
- Coordinate outside vehicle display and ensure that vehicles are display worthy
- Make certain all sponsor materials maintain their working condition and are returned safely and intact upon tour completion.
- Manage transportation of all sponsor related materials are safely and securely transported between each event and back to HQ post-tour.
- Ongoing and strong communication skills with partners, venues, and the WME/Outside team members.
- Double check that the correct pre-show PowerPoint Display is delivered to the projectionist and provide emcee with complete list of regional and local sponsors, while communicating any other changes that might arise.
- Provide onsite training and resources for promotional staff where required.
- Capture photos at each event
- Create engagement opportunities for O+ enrollment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Google Suite, Slack, and Microsoft Office products
- Some photography skills & social media experience
- Brand Ambassador experience
- Keen interest in Winter Sports
- Energetic and detail oriented
- Prior experience in the Ski & Snowboard industry is a plus.
For this seasonal/temporary role you can expect to be paid $875 per week. In addition, you will be compensated a taxable per diem rate of $65/day for scheduled days actively working on the tour.
